为丰富学生第二课堂内容，掌握演讲技巧，锻炼演讲能力，搭建学生实现自我的平台，国际教育学院围绕“五爱教育”，开展“课前十分钟”演讲活动。

徐静，孩子们心中的“徐阿姨”

The three foot podium has been upheld for more than ten years, and she has been teaching methodically and leading the class well. She sows seeds with language and nourishes with her heart's blood. She is a hot spring in the hearts of students, flowing warmly and moistening silently. Students are happy because of her, and she is beautiful because of her education.

三英尺高的讲台已经坚持了十多年，她一直有条不紊地教学，并很好地领导着课堂。她用语言播种，用心灵的血液滋养。她是学生心中的一股温泉，温暖地流动着，润物细无声。学生们因为她而快乐，她因为她的教育而美丽。

She is an ordinary frontline middle school teacher who integrates all her dreams, passion, love, and dedication into her most charming educational career; She is a trusted "right arm" in the eyes of the leadership, with a record of 10 years of zero leave, which is the best interpretation of her dedication and persistence to work; She is a "beautiful scenery" in campus life, with her busy figure always present in the rich campus activities and volunteer activities; She is a vibrant "battle hero" in the eyes of colleagues, always full of positive energy, always with a bright smile on her face; She is the "leading soldier" on the English teaching front, and has achieved fruitful results along the way; She is the stern and heartwarming "Aunt Xu" in the eyes of students, and the "Teacher Xu" in the eyes of parents who reassure them. She will have heartfelt conversations with children to make them understand that strictness is love. She will persist in providing compulsory tutoring for students until 6pm, and she will spend a full 2 days writing 1000 word letters to each child. She will use the camera to capture the happiest moments of the children She did such things one after another. Her kindness is well understood by all the children. Aunt Xu is a nickname given to her by children.

她是一名普通的一线中学教师，将自己所有的梦想、激情、爱和奉献融入到她最迷人的教育事业中；她是领导眼中值得信赖的“右臂”，有着10年零休假的记录，这是她对工作的奉献和执着的最好诠释；她是校园生活中的一道“亮丽风景线”，繁忙的身影总是出现在丰富的校园活动和志愿者活动中；她是同事眼中充满活力的“战斗英雄”，总是充满正能量，脸上总是挂着灿烂的笑容；她是英语教学战线上的“领军人物”，一路走来取得了丰硕的成果；她是学生眼中严厉温暖的“徐阿姨”，是家长眼中让他们放心的“徐老师”。她将与孩子们进行发自内心的对话，让他们明白严格就是爱。她将坚持为学生提供强制性辅导，直到下午6点，她将花整整2天的时间给每个孩子写1000字的信。她会用相机捕捉孩子们最快乐的时刻。她做了一个又一个这样的事情。所有的孩子都很理解她的好意。徐阿姨是孩子们给她的昵称。
